Clothing orders made using the online shop will be charged on the day that the items are dispatched.
Jewellery orders in excess of £500 will be dispatched 3 days following payment, to allow credit card funds to clear into A Vida’s account.
Shipment charges for orders to UK mainland are:
- Orders up to £400 Shipping charge £5.99
- Orders over £400 Free shipping
International shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and quantity. Buyers will be responsible for arranging payment of import duties at destination.
Returns only accepted if authorised by A Vida. Please contact A Vida using the contact details provided within this website for authorisation.

Note that SALE ITEMS may not be returned; the discounted price does not allow us to accept returns. Please ensure that you are familiar with the sizing and cut of the Designer before purchasing.
